The applicable warranty period and warranty terms are those stated on the relevant product information, quotation, order confirmation or other written agreement. If a warranty period is important to your purchase, confirm it with Photon Optics before ordering.

Contact sales@photon-optics.com with the order details, Photon Optics SKU, serial number where available, host platform and a description of the fault. We may request diagnostic information or testing before authorising a return.

Products should not be returned without prior authorisation. If a return is approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.

Returned products may be inspected and tested to determine the reported fault and whether it falls within the applicable warranty terms.

Compatibility claims relate to the published or agreed mapping and the information available for the intended host platform. Changes to host hardware, software, firmware, configuration or network architecture can affect operation and should be disclosed when seeking support.

Where a valid warranty claim is confirmed, the available remedy will be determined by the applicable warranty and order terms. Statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded are unaffected.
